Mamak App
We will be discontinuing our app soon. Thank you for supporting our loyalty program and for using the features offered by our app. Customers will continue to earn loyalty points until 1 Dec 2021. The last day to redeem points and credits within the app will be 31 Jan 2022, after which they will expire and no longer be usable.
How to redeem points
Each time you make a purchase on the Mamak App, you earn reward points. Each $1 spent = 10 Points. Once you've earned enough points, you can start redeeming them for payment credits and more. Here's how:
1. Check your points balance on the top of the home screen.
↓
2. Scroll through the offers.
↓
3. Once you decide, press on the tile to open the offer.
↓
4. Press the 'Redeem for X points'.
↓
5. Approve your purchase.
Once you've redeemed an offer, the points will be automatically deducted from your balance.
How to pay
Paying with the Mamak App is simple:
1. Choose the store location from the menu at the top of the screen.
↓
2. Select the location and press the red 'Save' button at the bottom of the screen.
↓
3. Press the red 'How are you ordering today' menu at the bottom of the screen.
↓
4. Press PAY IN-STORE.
↓
5. You'll see your number displayed.
↓
6. Order as normal and tell the staff you're 'paying with the app'.
↓
7. They'll ask you confirm your number and the transaction will be processed.
Reward points will be automatically added to your balance.
How to use vouchers
Get access to exclusive offers with the Mamak App which will periodically send you vouchers to redeem. Here's how:
1. Press the drop down menu on the top-left corner of the screen.
↓
2. Press 'Voucher'.
↓
3. Enter the Code.
↓
4. Press Apply.
Offer will then be automatically applied.
FAQs
I have a $1 transaction showing on my account and I didn't spend it.
This is a temporary authorisation transaction, and will disappear in a few days. You won't be charged.
I need to change my card details.
You can do this in 'Payment' menu or on the payment screen.
I can't Order Ahead. It says 'Ordering is currently unavailable'.
Order Ahead is only available during restaurant opening hours.
